Hi, I'm Lydia.

Live at Choice has been a wonderful and constant part of my life since 1996. I began my work with Live at Choice as a workshop participant and immediately saw incredible possibilities for my life.

I began to make awesome changes in my life and didn't hestitate to become a Certified Limitless Living Coach about six years ago, and have loved continuing my own personal work as well as helping bring this wonderful work to others. I'm particularly inspired to help others through the experience of my own challenges with breast cancer and infertility and working with others going through similar challenges. This work has been amazing in helping my own healing, and bringing healing to others. I have a strong belief in supporting healing and health through integrative medicine and the powerfulness of connected emotional, spiritual and physical health.

I regularly share my experiences and their lessons with community groups and others to bring healing, hope and the incredible possibility for creation for people dealing with significant medical challenges and everyday life. I am a former marketing and technology executive, having served in vice president and senior roles at Oracle, PeopleSoft, GMAC and Deloitte & Touche, and I now focus my life on the Live at Choice work, volunteer work for numerous health-related organizations, and most importantly
